These classes are unique as we constantly attempt to bring everyone closer together by helping with both physical and emotional needs, ensuring that the mother receives the right support at each stage of the journey. These classes are available as both online and face-to-face sessions.
Our “Deliver Strong” Antenatal Class offers a structured series of classes and activities for the mum-to-be. This comprehensive class focuses on physical, emotional, and educational aspects of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and newborn care. Expecting parents will gain confidence, reduce anxiety, and better prepare for childbirth and parenting.
Duration: 5 one-hour sessions
The Postnatal Wellness Class focuses on supporting the new mother as she recovers after childbirth. It combines physical, mental, and emotional support tailored to the unique needs of each mother. Topics covered include exercises, lactation positions, stress management, and more.

Breastfeeding can be challenging, and our Breastfeeding and Lactation Support Class ensures the new mother receives the crucial guidance needed for successful breastfeeding. The support, provided by a peer counsellor and a women’s health physiotherapist, is designed to help the new mother through any breastfeeding challenges.
Duration: 5 one-hour sessions
Our specialized Diastasis Recti Class helps the mother address the condition where the abdominal muscles separate after pregnancy. It focuses on strengthening core muscles, promoting proper posture, and restoring abdominal function to prevent future complications.

Our Baby Massage Class offers a wonderful bonding experience for the new parents with their baby. This class promotes relaxation, aids digestion, improves circulation, and helps the baby sleep better. It’s an enriching experience for both parents and their baby.
Duration: 3 one-hour sessions
We offer Physiotherapy Consultation and Therapy Classes to address the unique recovery needs of each new mother. Whether it’s for postnatal rehabilitation or addressing specific concerns, these classes are tailored to individual needs.
