Q: What is this platform about?

A: We are an online platform that connects new mothers with confinement care service providers across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia — helping you find trusted care, services, and products during your postpartum journey.

Q: How can I contact a confinement center I’m interested in?

A: Each listing includes:
  • ✅ WhatsApp contact
  • ✅ Email address
  • ✅ Facebook/Instagram links
You can reach out directly through any of these channels.

Q: Can I make bookings through the platform?

A: Currently, bookings are made directly with the provider. We’ll launch a secure booking and payment feature within the next 6 months.

Q: Are there customer reviews and ratings?

A: Not yet — but reviews and ratings will be introduced in 6 months to help you choose with confidence.

For Confinement Center Owners / Service Providers

Q: Is it free to list my services?

A: Yes! Listing is free for a lifetime — with no signup fee, no subscription, and no annual charges.

Q: How do I sign up?

A: You have 2 options:
  1. Register using your email or Gmail ID and submit your listing for approval.
  2. Send us your center's name, services, address, contact info, social media links, and photos — we'll publish the listing for you.

Q: Are there different listing packages?

A: No, we offer only one standard listing for all providers to ensure equal opportunity and visibility.

Q: How is my listing ranked or positioned?

A: Listings are displayed based on how actively you manage them. More frequent updates can boost visibility.

Q: How do I receive customer inquiries?

A: Your WhatsApp number, email, and social media links are displayed. Customers contact you directly — no commission.

Q: Will I receive traffic data or reports?

A: Yes. Upon request, we can share Analytics reports showing page views, engagement metrics, and visitor demographics.

Q: Who manages my content updates?

A: You have 3 options:
  1. Manage it yourself after registering.
  2. We handle initial setup, and you edit later.
  3. We manage everything if you prefer a hands-off approach.

Q: Can I promote special offers or banners?

A: Yes! You can promote events or packages via paid banners and blog articles. Promotional blogs are marked accordingly.

Q: Is there any commission for bookings?

A: Not currently. A booking fee will apply once the paid booking system launches (in 6 months). We'll notify all providers.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: No. Listing is 100% free. Optional features like paid bookings or promos may have fees, but you'll be notified in advance.
